I mean who hasn’t done a little stalking and murder for love???? Not me <eep> but watching Joe Goldberg’s (Penn Badgley) pursuit of love for the past two seasons on the Netflix series has me rethinking being single might be the better choice!
I was a romantic fool thinking that when Joe finally found the perfect partner in Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti) maybe this would channel his homicidal tendencies but realized by the finale they are the same obsessive violent coins just different sides. Now that we’ve been blessed with the bundle of joy <cough> S3 trailer it looks like the vanilla suburbs are getting sugar and spice but substitute sugar with murder! <bwa ha ha>
How will Joe handle being a normie with Love that’s a woman who not only knows his tricks but keeps as close an eye on him as she does the baby? Joe loves the idea of love with a perfect pure woman and Love has proved that she’s not the woman he thought she was but she’s got a hold on him and won’t let go. Now that they are in the burbs living that white picket fence it looks like Joe has been struck by cupid that will create a ripple affect between his wife, friends and life that might end in a little murder.
