Morbius is stepping out of the shadows (the theatres) and into your living room with the release on Digital on May 17th, and 4K UHD™, Blu-Ray™ & DVD on June 14th!
You couldn’t have missed the ads for the latest Marvel Comic Book Movie from Sony released earlier this year. The film stars Oscar® winner Jared Leto transforms into the enigmatic antihero Michael Morbius. His co-stars include Matt Smith, Adria Arjona, Jared Harris, Al Madrigal, and Tyrese Gibson in the vampire/superhero film that expands the Sony Movie Universe. Morbius is the anti-hero that is more in the spirit of Batman (I know different universe) than our clean-cut Peter Parker aka Spider-Man.
The film was written by Matt Sazama & Burk Sharpless who have written worked together and directed by Daniel Espinosa at 104 minutes establishes Morbius’s backstory and his fine line between hero and bloodlust.
The home release is an opportunity for fans to re-watch at their leisure and if you didn’t see it at the theatres enjoy it for the first time with this talented cast and team behind the camera. It will give fans to dive deep into the lore with bloopers, outtakes, behind-the-scenes, and easter eggs that will have fans of the genre excited to add to their personal collection.
