Good news for women in STEM and Marvel fans, everywhere!
Marvel is launching the GIRLS REFORMING THE FUTURE CHALLENGE to inspire young girls to create positive world change for their generation and beyond through science and technology. Girls aged 15 – 18 nationwide are invited to submit innovative STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)-based projects that have the potential to change the world. 1. Piper Potts, who (basically) singlehandedly saved the day when Tony Stark’s tin cans ran out of juice.
2. Darcy, who is smart enough to catalogue her interactions with Norse gods on social media. Pics or it didn’t happen.
3. Natalia Romanova, the only woman who can keep the Other Guy in check.
4. Melinda May, because who else is going to put up with Coulson and train a legion of crime-fighting agents while looking this good?
5. Gamora, who puts up with absolutely nothing and no one while guarding the galaxy.
