It’s been twenty years since Edgar Wright’s classic Horror RomCom was released to theatres and to celebrate Focus Features is bringing a special immersive pop-up experience at San Diego Comic-Con 2024.
The Shaun of the Dead Pop-Up at 520 Fifth Avenue from Thursday, July 25th to Sunday, July 28th will bring visitors into the life-and-death struggle to avoid being bitten by zombies. Those who enter will explore the Winchester Tavern, interactive photo ops <squee>, a can of Beer Zombies (must be 21+ while supplies last), exclusive merch, game demos, and giveaways. If you are 21+ you can try Beer Zombie a European Style Lager with a smooth and refreshing taste that has a perfectly balanced mild bitter smooth finish. Perfect to quench your thirst as you outrun zombies, look for the perfect weapons, and come up with a life-saving strategy!
A bonus for gamers, Funko, and zombie fans attendees will be able to play the Shaun of the Dead-inspired co-op action game, Funko Fusion which was developed by 10:10 Games. It’s the sneak peek that will have you nibble on someone or head to select global retailers and digital distribution partners to pre-order the physical console editions of the game.
