“COBRA KAI” CAST AND CREATIVES REFLECT ON THE FINAL EPISODES, TERRY SILVER, AND POTENTIAL FUTURE

Spread the love

The final episodes of Cobra Kai are now available to stream on Netflix. It’s been a magnificent six seasons for the series– a continuation of the Karate Kid Universe which began on the now defunct YouTube Red before moving to Netflix starting with season three. It was a series that had no business being as great as it was. If you had read the concept on paper you wouldn’t have believed it would work. Yet it did, and each season outdid itself. The show garnered Emmy nominations, and won Best Action/Thriller Series and Best Performance by a Young Actor (Xolo Mariduena) at the Saturn Awards two weeks ago.

Cherry the Geek TV spoke with the Cobra Kai team at the Saturns about the end of the series. Creators and Executive Producers Jon Hurwitz, Josh Heald, and Hayden Schlossberg talked to us about the final episodes and how they brought Thomas Ian Griffith back as the nefarious Terry Silver.
