Sweetwater, a new sports biopic about Nat “Sweetwater” Clifton, a Harlem Globetrotter who became the first African-American to sign an NBA contract, arrives in theaters this week. Cherry the Geek TV spoke to star Cary Elwes about his part in the film.
Elwes stars as Ned Irish, the New York Knicks owner who helped sign “Sweetwater” Clifton to the Knicks, forever changing the game of basketball.
