Ash vs Evil Dead Returns for its Second Season
As the second season of “Ash vs Evil Dead” is set to be released in October, STARZ finally gave fans a peak of what’s to come by releasing its teaser trailer found here: Ash vs Evil Dead Season Two Teaser Trailer.
From the glimpse, it seems that the show is coming back even better jumping right back in where it left off. As the shows lead Ash, played by Bruce Campbell (Evil Dead, “Burn Notice”), leaves from Jacksonville to return to his hometown of Elk Grove, he forms an alliance with Ruby, who now possesses the powerful Necronomicon Lucy Lawless (“Salem,” “Spartacus”). The two make Elk Grove a place of evil.
Also continuing as cast members are Ray Santiago (“Touch,” Meet the Fockers) as Pablo Simon Bolivar, Ash’s loyal sidekick dealing with the trauma he suffered in the cabin; and Dana DeLorenzo (A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas) as Kelly Maxwell, who, grief-stricken after the death of her parents, plots revenge against The Evil Dead.
Joining the cast as previously announced are Lee Majors, Ted Raimi, and Michelle Hurd join the cast this season as Brock Williams, Ash’s father, Chet Kaminski, Ash’s childhood best friend, and Linda, Ash’s high school love respectively.
