Trouble’s coming kiddies so get ready for the the babysitters to save you!
I love love love these movies that remind me of the 80s kid adventure movies and the new Netflix film A Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting looks like it’s a blast. Not too scary but with a few boo moments to watch with the lights off and some hot buttered popcorn with a cola <it’s my sweet spot> all from the comfort of my couch. What can I say I’m a kid at heart that still loves to ‘see myself’ in my geek movies!
I’m very excited to see Tamara Smart who played Enid Knightshade on the ‘Worst Witch’ and Juliet in ‘Artemis Fowl’ it looks like 2020 is where she is stepping into the spotlight exactly where she deserves. It’s great to see her get a starring role in this kid-friendly horror movie. I’m sure lots of little girls and boys will love to see this film and are ready to ‘see themselves’ represented in the film with a team of kids ready to fight the monster that goes bump in the night.
A Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting | When high school freshman Kelly Ferguson (Tamara Smart) reluctantly agrees to babysit Jacob Zellman (Ian Ho) on Halloween, the last thing she expects is to be recruited into an international secret society of babysitters who protect kids with special powers from monsters.
