♪A long time ago, we used to be friends but I….♪ stopped taking your phone calls to binge Veronica Mars. If you’ve missed the savvy detective or you’re just tuning in for the first time, all three seasons of the cult show will be available starting July 1st on Hulu.
Veronica Mars (played by Kristen Bell) started out as a teen who worked for her dad’s private investigator agency. The critically acclaimed series begins with Veronica’s best friend being murdered and follows Veronica on her pursuit to find her friends killer while trying to piece her life back together.
From Season 1 and on, you’ll recognize some familiar faces: Amanda Seyfried, Paul Rudd (Ant-Man), Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones), Tessa Thompson (Marvel’s Valkyrie), Armie Hammer, Kevin Smith, Jessica Chastain and so many more! There is even a small (Scoobie) Buffy the Vampire Slayer reunion between Alyson Hannigan and Charisma Carpenter.
The three seasons of Veronica Mars show and the KickStarter funded movie, will have a follow up 8 episode miniseries that drops on July 26 for Hulu subscribers. No word on if there will be more after the 8 episodes, but with the cult following that has been following this show from the beginning, lets hope for more seasons in the future.
